Job summary

CBX Solutions is hiring a Leave of Absence Specialist to lead the end-to-end leave administration process in a professional office and warehouse setting in Winston-Salem, NC. You will educate employees on FMLA, STD, parental, and military leaves, and collaborate with HR partners to manage complex cases and ensure timely processing.

The role requires a relevant degree and 3–5 years of experience, plus strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience managing employee leave programs in a multi-state organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leave of absence process from initial inquiry through approval, extensions, intermittent leave and return to work.
• Educate employees on leave programs including FMLA, STD, Parental, and Military leaves and state-specific programs.
• Coordinate with HR partners and disability leave vendor for complex cases and timely processing.
• Generate and analyze reports related to leave utilization and compliance.
