Job summary

Information Consulting Services of Delaware Valley, Inc. seeks an LOA – HR Shared Services Specialist to manage leave administration, advise managers and staff on leave processes, and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

The role requires handling sensitive information, collaborating with HR teams, and maintaining high service levels in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work arrangement supported; ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
• 4+ years LOA administration experience.
• Strong understanding of FMLA, STD, LTD, Workers’ Compensation, and leave laws/compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate LOA, FMLA, STD, LTD and return-to-work activities.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on leave policies and compliance matters.
• Coordinate FMLA with Workers’ Compensation, STD, LTD, and PTO programs.
• Prepare biweekly payroll disability pay notification reports.
• Review dashboards and reports to monitor service levels and improve processes.
