Equiliem is seeking a Leave Management Specialist in Atlanta, GA to administer employee leave and absence programs from initiation through closure, ensuring accurate records and compliance. This role provides high-quality, confidential support in a high-volume service center, guiding employees through leave processes and return-to-work procedures.

You will coordinate with Payroll and Benefits to ensure accurate pay and benefit enrollment, maintain privacy, and support a positive employee

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in leave management or employee benefits administration.
• 3–5 years of experience in a call center or service center environment.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional and service-focused approach.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with HR or case management systems (e.g., portals, HCM platforms).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on leave policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
• Receive, process, and track all leave requests accurately.
• Assess and adjudicate leave claims, ensuring documentation is complete and compliant.
• Coordinate with Payroll and Benefits to ensure accurate pay and benefit enrollment for employees on leave.
• Authorize return-to-work based on physician documentation, job requirements, and guidelines.
• Assist employees in navigating the return-to-work process and accessing benefits.
