Job summary

RSM US LLP in Atlanta seeks a Leave of Absence Senior Specialist to support the Talent Operations team by delivering centralized LOA administration for employees and owners, ensuring accurate and timely leave processing and a positive experience.

This role partners with employees, HRBPs and third-party administrators, handles complex issues, supports return-to-work, audits LOA records, and helps onboard LOA specialists. The position offers a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience administering LOA programs.
• Minimum of 3 years experience using an HRIS.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA, FMLA and related laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage LOA administration across all steps.
• Respond to LOA inquiries from employees and managers.
• Coordinate with third-party administrators on approvals.
• Assist with return-to-work processes.
• Escalate complex issues to LOA Admin Lead.
• Audit LOA records in HRIS and systems.
• Support onboarding of LOA Specialists.
• Participate in weekly issue resolution calls.
