Qualifications

• 3+ years of leave management or benefits experience.
• 3+ years in a call center or service center environment.
• Strong customer service and employee support skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with HR administration and HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on leave policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations.
• Review, process, and track leave requests and claims from start to closure.
• Evaluate claims, monitor progress, and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with payroll and benefits to ensure proper pay and coverage.
• Review physician documentation and coordinate return-to-work decisions.
• Assist employees with return-to-work and access to benefits.
• Document interactions and updates in leave management systems.
• Follow procedures and best practices for inquiries and requests.
