Erickson Senior Living in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Leave Coordinator to manage all aspects of leave administration, including FMLA and ADA cases. You will serve as the primary internal contact for employees and managers, guiding on initiation, documentation, and return-to-work procedures.

The role oversees third-party administrator coordination, payroll entries in Workday/UKG, and compliance with federal, state, and local leave laws. A 1–3 year background in HR/benefits is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in HR, benefits, or leave administration.
• Working knowledge of FMLA and ADA.
• Experience working with external vendors or service providers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary internal contact for employees and managers regarding leave processes.
• Manage leave cases with third-party administrators to ensure timely processing.
• Maintain tracking and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local leave laws.
• Oversee payroll accuracy in Workday/UKG for employees on leave.
• Coordinate accommodations, modified duties, and return-to-work plans.
• Manage Leave Management queue and respond to inquiries with guidance.
• Support reporting, audits, and related administrative tasks.
• Identify process improvements and educate employees on leave programs.
