Job Description

Summary: Provides a variety of support and issue resolution duties to customers in the areas of employee leaves of absences.

Responsibilities

• Ensure policy adherence, data entry, and research for employee leaves of absences
• Understand federal and state laws in leave processing for the organization’s footprint
• Timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through a ticketing system, phone, and/or email
• Provide clerical/administrative support to a high volume leave and employee service functions
• Research and resolve employee issues and correct errors as necessary

Qualifications

• 2+ years leave processing experience (Required)
• Multi-state leave processing experience (Preferred)
• Experience in working with a TPA to administer employee leaves (Preferred)
• PeopleSoft experience or equivalent software (Preferred)
• Experience in high volume leave processing in an employee or customer service matrix (Preferred)
