Leave Specialist

Summary: Provides a variety of support and issue resolution duties to customers in the areas of employee leaves of absences.
- Ensure policy adherence, data entry, and research for employee leaves of absences
- Understand federal and state laws in leave processing for the organization’s footprint
- Timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through a ticketing system, phone, and/or email
- Provide clerical/administrative support to a high volume leave and employee service functions
- Research and resolve employee issues and correct errors as necessary
- 2+ years leave processing experience (Required)
- Multi-state leave processing experience (Preferred)
- Experience in working with a TPA to administer employee leaves (Preferred)
- PeopleSoft experience or equivalent software (Preferred)
- Experience in high volume leave processing in an employee or customer service matrix (Preferred)
