Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc is seeking a Leave Coordinator to support the leave of absence process. You will be the primary contact for leave questions and coordinate information between the third-party administrator, employees, managers, Payroll, Benefits, and internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes timely communication, accurate documentation, and payroll coordination. As part of HR Operations, you will manage day-to-day administration of leave programs, assist employees navigating the process,

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in leave administration, benefits support, or a similar transactional HR role.
Familiarity with leave programs (FMLA, CFRA, state leave) is preferred.
Experience with an HRIS platform (Workday preferred).
Employee-focused and service-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the day-to-day point of contact with the third-party leave administrator for individual cases.
Process leave requests and maintain accurate records in compliance with policy.
Provide employee and HR staff support regarding leaves and documentation requirements.
Enter and coordinate timecard adjustments related to leave and reconcile information across systems.
