Job summary

Constellation Health Services in Newburyport, MA is seeking a detailed Leave Administrator to coordinate FMLA, ADA/PWFA, state leave programs, and Workers’ Compensation across our multi-state organization. You will serve as a primary contact for employees and support adherence to leave policies and return-to-work processes.

The role requires 2+ years in HR/benefits/leave administration, knowledge of FMLA and state leave programs, and experience with HRIS or leave/case-management systems.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• 2+ years of HR, benefits, leave administration, disability, or workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Experience with FMLA, state leave programs, and workplace accommodations preferred.
• Multi-state and healthcare experience is a plus.
• Experience with HRIS or leave/case-management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and track employee leave and accommodation cases from initial request through return to work.
• Review eligibility information and coordinate notices, certifications, forms, documentation, and employee communications.
• Track continuous, intermittent, and reduced-schedule leave, deadlines, available leave, and return-to-work dates.
• Support ADA/PWFA workplace accommodation processes, including documentation and work restrictions.
• Coordinate Workers’ Compensation absences, work restrictions, modified duty, and return-to-work activities.
• Maintain leave tracking systems, prepare routine reports, and support audits and compliance reviews.
