Job summary

Stewart is seeking a Leave Administrator to administer and coordinate the organization’s leave programs while ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with federal, state, and company policies.

The role serves as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, managing leave from initiation through resolution, and maintaining accurate records in HRIS and payroll systems. Strong communication and judgment are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of leave administration or HR experience.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage all leave programs including FMLA, parental, disability, military, personal and other leaves.
• Serve as primary contact for employees and managers on policies, eligibility and benefits.
• Review requests and documentation for eligibility and regulatory compliance.
