Greystar seeks a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for a community in Hutto, TX. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, prepare leases, and drive occupancy and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing apartments and processing applications.
• Knowledge of on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, show apartments, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Inspect units and coordinate with maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Drive traffic via referrals and online campaigns; manage marketing activities.
• Use OneSite/Yardi to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office daily.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure lease renewals.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner questions and coordinate resolutions.
