Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals through tours, applications, background checks, and leasing paperwork.
• Inspects apartments and coordinates maintenance to ensure move‑in readiness.
• Develops short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies on concessions.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic using online and employer outreach.
• Uses OneSite/Yardi to track availability and leasing activity and manage resident data.
• Ensures show units meet standards and prepares leasing office for daily activity.
• Follows up with prospects and new residents to secure leases and renewals.
• Supports renewal letters and packages and coordinates with renewing residents.
