Job summary

Greystar seeks a Leasing and Marketing Coordinator to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction at a San Antonio community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases, while coordinating move-ins with the maintenance team.

You will develop targeted marketing plans, monitor market conditions, and use OneSite/Yardi to track traffic, data, and renewals. The role includes follow-ups with residents and coordination of renewal packages, with a strong

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, process applications and prepare leases.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure readiness with maintenance.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Drive traffic via referrals, employer outreach, Craigslist, Facebook, and email marketing.
• Use on-site software to track availability and resident data.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospects and new residents to secure leases and renewals.
• Coordinate lease renewals by preparing letters and packages and contacting renewing residents.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and maintain marketing corridors for tours.
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries and coordinate with maintenance for issue resolution.
• Support the renewal program and communicate effectively with team members.
