Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Coordinator for our Austin community to drive leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies that meet occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, perform credit checks, and prepare move-in packages.

You will also develop marketing plans, utilize OneSite/Yardi, coordinate renewals, and ensure resident satisfaction throughout the lease term at this full-time onsite role.

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects; conduct tours, process applications, credit screening and lease signings.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate maintenance needs.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and analyze market conditions.
• Design and execute marketing activities using online tools and referrals.
• Operate on-site software to track availability and leasing activities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit screening, and lease signing.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance needs to ensure move-in readiness.
• Monitor market conditions and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and sales.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and online campaigns.
• Use OneSite/Yardi to track availability, manage data, and capture resident information.
• Maintain show units and prepare the leasing office for daily operations.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to confirm lease renewals and satisfaction.
• Support lease renewal letters, packages, and timely execution of documents.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner concerns and resolve issues.
