Job summary

Greystar in Austin is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit checks, prepare lease packages, and ensure smooth move-in and lease signing.

Responsibilities include inspecting units, staying informed about market conditions, developing marketing plans, and following company concessions and programs to boost occupancy.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property management is preferred.
• Ability to greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and process applications.
• Knowledge of marketing tools and channels to drive traffic to the community.

Responsibilities

• Leads leasing activities to achieve occupancy goals and processes applications.
• Inspects apartments before move-in and coordinates with maintenance.
• Develops short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Designs and executes marketing activities and drives traffic to the property.
• Keeps accurate data in on-site management software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Ensures show units meet company standards and prepares leasing office daily.
