Job summary

American Homes 4 Rent, LP is seeking a Leasing Supervisor to lead and develop a dedicated team of Leasing Specialists. You will drive top-tier customer service and ensure leasing metrics are met, while coordinating with field teams, management, underwriting, and lease writing.

The role requires at least two years of supervisory experience, a Bachelor’s Degree preferred, and strong communication skills. Comprehensive benefits accompany a stable, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of leadership experience.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience, preferably in a call center environment.
• Real Estate license preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication, planning, analysis, and organizing skills.
• Strong leadership and people development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities and assignments of the leasing team, ensuring focus on priority tasks and prompt customer response.
• Assist team with sales and application calls/emails as needed.
• Guide and support team on approval questions and escalated issues, liaising between field, property management, underwriting, and lease writing.
• Coach and train specialists; monitor performance and schedules.
• Review metrics such as conversion ratios, lead-to-lease speed, call times, and QA reviews.
• Support special projects and outbound campaigns.
