Undisclosed is seeking an experienced Leasing Agent for a property in Uptown New Orleans. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service to prospects, guests, and residents visiting the front office, and handling phone communications and leases with accuracy.

Experience in lease-up and knowledge of housing rules are advantageous. Proficiency with property management software (Yardi) and basic computer skills are required to perform a variety of administrative tasks and follow-up

Qualificações

• High School Diploma.
• Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Greeting and working with the prospects, guests, and residents who visit the front office.
• Answering phones document inbound and outbound calls.
• Lease-up experience and knowledge of Housing rules.
• Follow up on work orders.
• Experience with Property Management Software and Yardi.
• Must have good technical skills.
• Additional duties as needed.
