Job summary

Zellis Residential seeks a Leasing Consultant to greet prospects, tour properties, and guide applicants from first contact to move-in day. You will present pricing and lease terms with clarity, refresh online listings, and support local marketing efforts to drive occupancy.

This role centers on hospitality-driven service and accurate, timely processing of applications. Two years of customer-facing experience are preferred, with familiarity in Yardi and property management.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer-facing experience.
• Experience in leasing or property management preferred.
• Familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect property, vacant units, and model units before every showing.
• Lease apartments with a hospitality-first approach, communicating pricing clearly.
• Guide prospects through the full application process in Yardi with accuracy.
• Process applications and communicate decisions promptly to applicants.
• Prepare and send lease paperwork for signatures and move-in readiness.
• Coordinate welcoming move-in experiences and maintain listings for accuracy.
• Review online listings across platforms for pricing and features, and monitor market trends.
• Follow up on leads via phone, email, and walk-ins within company response times.
• Deliver standout customer service at every touchpoint with residents and prospects.
• Identify prospect needs, close leases, and maintain positive relationships.
