AION is seeking an energetic Leasing Associate in Baltimore to conduct all leasing activities, provide property tours, and coordinate move-ins. The role emphasizes on-site marketing efforts, driving traffic through local programs, and active outreach to prospective residents.

You will support renewals, manage application and fee processes, and ensure Fair Housing compliance. Weekend availability and a valid driver’s license are required, with a strong customer-service mindset and professional

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent, college preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to walk apartments and grounds, including steps and climbing stairs.
• Occasionally requires lifting 20 pounds or less.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct leasing activities: respond to inquiries, provide tours, follow up with prospects, and coordinate move-ins.
• Develop and monitor on-site marketing activity; drive traffic and closings.
• Create merchant/neighborhood referral programs for move-ins, newsletters, and retention.
• Initiate sales outreach plans including development, community management, and internal/external communication.
• Attend weekly marketing meetings and maintain property shop scores.
• Inspect market-ready units and perform required paperwork with new residents.
