Job summary

AION Management is seeking a Leasing Associate at Pointe at Northern Woods in Columbus to maximize occupancy through strong leasing, on-site marketing, and community networking. You’ll handle tours, move-ins, and follow-up with prospects, while coordinating resident services and maintaining property appearance.

The role emphasizes customer service, compliance with Fair Housing laws, and teamwork with the Property Manager and Marketing team. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 1-year customer service or sales experience (or relevant education).
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and leasing compliance.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to walk apartments and grounds, including steps and climbing stairs.
• Occasionally requires lifting 20 pounds or less.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule.
• Experience with RealPage is preferred.
• Bilingual or multi-lingual experience is a plus.
• General Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm

Responsibilities

• Conduct all leasing activities at the property, responding to inquiries and giving tours.
• Coordinate move-ins and follow up with prospects.
• Recommend on-site marketing strategies and referral programs.
• Develop sales outreach plans for new development and community management.
• Improve qualified traffic and closing ratios through targeted programs.
• Attend weekly marketing meetings and provide updates on occupancy goals.
• Maintain high scores for e-shop, phone shop, and physical shop (≥85%).
