Job summary

AION in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a full-time leasing agent to conduct leasing activities, host tours, respond to inquiries, and coordinate move-ins. This role also focuses on on-site marketing and referral programs to drive qualified traffic and higher closing ratios.

You will support renewals, process payments, enter data in RealPage, and ensure adherence to Fair Housing and occupancy standards with a strong emphasis on customer service and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Leasing activities: respond to inquiries, give tours, follow up with prospects, coordinate move-ins.
• Develop and monitor on-site marketing programs and merchant/neighborhood referral efforts.
• Initiate sales outreach for new development and community management; coordinate internal/external communications.
