Job summary

Pointe at Northern Woods, managed by AION, seeks a Leasing Associate to maximize occupancy and deliver exceptional customer service. You will conduct tours, respond to inquiries, coordinate move-ins, and support resident retention.

Responsibilities include coordinating marketing efforts, developing referral programs, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws while maintaining curb appeal and professional standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and leasing compliance.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to walk apartments and grounds, including steps and climbing stairs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing activities at the property, respond to inquiries, provide tours, and coordinate move-ins.
• Recommend on-site marketing activity and strategies to increase occupancy.
• Develop and monitor referral programs for move-in packets, newsletters and retention.
• Initiate sales outreach including new development and community management.
• Attend weekly marketing meetings and maintain property shop scores.
