Job summary

Pointe at Northern Woods, managed by AION Management LLC, seeks a Leasing Associate to maximize occupancy by coordinating tours, processing applications, and managing move-ins. You will respond to inquiries, promote curb appeal, and coordinate customer service to ensure high resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include marketing coordination, referral programs, and ensuring leasing office standards while maintaining Fair Housing compliance. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and leasing compliance.
• Must be able to walk apartments and grounds, including stairs.
• Experience with RealPage is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all leasing activities at the property, responding to inquiries, providing tours, following up with prospects, and coordinating move-ins.
• Recommend strategies and programs for on-site marketing activity.
• Develop referral programs for move-ins, newsletters, and resident retention.
• Initiate sales outreach plans including development and community management communications.
• Attend weekly marketing meetings; maintain property appearance and curb appeal.
