Job summary

Brookfield Properties’ Terra Vida community in Mesa, AZ seeks a Leasing Consultant to engage prospects, show apartments, and guide applicants through the lease process. You will manage CRM leads, conduct tours, and drive occupancy while delivering outstanding resident service.

The role requires 1–2 years of sales/customer service experience, a high energy approach, and flexibility including weekends. A valid driver’s license is often needed, with a strong emphasis on fairness and customer care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Customer Service/Hospitality preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales and customer service experience required.
• Leasing experience in multifamily property management is a plus.
• Valid driver's license may be required depending on property.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and residents, guiding them through leasing.
• Conduct informative, personalized property tours and close leases.
• Manage leads in CRM, schedule tours, and follow up after visits.
• Process applications, screening, and move‑in documentation.
