Job summary

GGP is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Terra Vida, a welcoming multifamily community. You will manage inquiries, conduct tours, and guide prospects through the application and move-in process while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will handle leasing paperwork, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with the onsite team to meet occupancy goals. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is required to support busy periods and community events.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to meet leasing goals and targets.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws (Fair Housing).
• Experience with CRM systems and tour scheduling preferred.
• Must be reliable, energetic, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to prospects and residents.
• Schedule tours and show apartments to prospects.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process from application to move-in.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with onsite team to meet occupancy goals and promotions.
