Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Leasing and Service Professional, Level 1 in Mesa to greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, explain pricing and terms, and process applications. You will maintain records, support move-ins and renewals, and assist with marketing events to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and closing skills.
• Good organization and follow-through.
• Ability to work weekends as needed.
• Experience with CRM/property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, and follow up with prospective residents.
• Conduct apartment and community tours tailored to prospect needs.
• Explain floor plans, pricing, amenities, lease terms, and policies.
• Process guest cards, applications, and leasing paperwork accurately.
• Maintain lead and prospect records in the property management system.
• Support move-ins, renewals, and resident services.
• Participate in marketing outreach and community events.
• Maintain professional leasing office presentation and tour paths.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.
• Maintain closing ratio per company standards.
