Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or six months to one-year related experience and/or training.
• Microsoft Office, Property Management Software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, and in-person).
• Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards; assist with applications and deposits per procedures and Fair Housing guidelines.
