Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate for our Queen Creek, AZ community to handle leasing, marketing and resident relations on site. You will greet prospects, process applications, tour apartments and close leases to meet community goals.

This on-site role requires coordinating with maintenance, supporting social media presence, and ensuring timely paperwork. RPM Living offers weekly pay, healthcare coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or six months to one-year related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, and in-person).
• Greet prospects and qualify them using guest cards; assist with applications and deposits per procedures and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
• Collaborate with the Community Manager to update applicant status and approvals.
• Show apartments, close leases and prepare move-in paperwork; provide community orientation.
