Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the leasing team at an apartment community in Phoenix. You will drive leasing and marketing efforts, supervise staff, and ensure high occupancy and positive resident relations.

You will coordinate applications, screenings, move-ins, and renewals, while maintaining compliance and a strong customer service standard. This role blends sales, marketing, and team leadership in a dynamic property setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4 years’ leasing experience – Preferred
• 2 years’ supervisory experience – Preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Close the sale through tours, appointments, lead generation and follow-up.
• Implement marketing strategies within budget to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Present a positive image of the community to residents and the public.
• Focus on resident retention through events and excellent service.
• Process leases, move-ins, and related paperwork promptly.
• Lead weekly meetings and manage leasing staff with coaching and rewards.
• Greet, qualify, and assist prospects with applications and deposits in line with policies.
• Maintain availability reports, run credit checks and verify rental history.
• Show apartments, secure signatures, and provide community orientation.
• Support social media presence to boost visibility and engagement.
• Conduct market research and update property systems as needed.
• Manage renewals and move-outs per lease terms and data in systems.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while upholding standards.
