Job summary

RPM Living in Pflugerville, TX is seeking a Leasing Associate to drive leasing, marketing and resident relations at our apartment community.

You will greet prospects, schedule tours, process applications, and close leases while delivering exceptional service and ensuring Fair Housing compliance. Collaboration with property teams and active social media presence are part of the role; flexible hours including weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent, two-year college/technical school or related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule virtual, self-guided, and in-person tours.
• Greet and qualify prospects; assist with applications and deposits per procedures and Fair Housing.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification; submit for processing.
• Coordinate with Community Manager on status of applicants.
• Show apartments and close leases; prepare move-ins; obtain signatures and orientation.
