Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct all leasing tasks including appointments, lead follow-up, and model unit maintenance.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in and assist in lease audits.
• Maintain accurate traffic and respond to prospects within 24 hours.
• Support marketing, outreach, and resident relations to drive leasing goals.
