Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to handle leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. Regular onsite presence is expected, with responsibilities including tours, qualification, and lease signing.

You will manage leasing data, support audits, and help implement marketing plans to meet leasing goals. The role requires a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct leasing activities including appointments, leads, tours, and follow-up.
• Complete all leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Assist with lease audits, walk units, and turnover processes.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support development and execution of marketing plans to drive property traffic and leasing goals.
