Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations of a property. Regular on-site attendance is required; you will greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.

You will conduct tours, close the sale, complete leasing paperwork, and assist in leasing audits while maintaining data and supporting retention programs. The role emphasizes customer service and meeting leasing goals on site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills needed.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is required.

Responsabilités

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations for the property.
• Greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases with prospective residents.
• Close sales, generate leads, and follow up on prospects within 24 hours.
• Assist with lease audits, unit walks, and turnover processes.
• Maintain accurate traffic and leasing data and support marketing initiatives.
• Provide excellent customer service and address resident concerns.
