Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a Leasing Consultant at our Odessa, TX communities. You will be the face of the property, greeting guests and guiding them through tours, rental options, and application steps.

You will drive occupancy by applying effective sales techniques while delivering outstanding customer service. The role requires a minimum of 1 year in leasing, full-time hours with weekend availability, and participation in resident events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an apartment Leasing Consultant.
• Full-time with rotating weekday hours; 9 AM–6 PM; weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartment homes to prospective residents.
• Explain details of apartment unit options and variations.
• Provide exemplary customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Greet visitors in a warm, courteous, professional manner.
• Close sales of new apartment homes and prepare lease paperwork.
• Enter resident information into internal database and manage documentation.
• Plan, facilitate, and participate in resident events and activities.
