Job summary

• Reads, writes, and communicates in English.
• Proficient with personal computer and email.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with Entrata or similar on-site accounting software.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Ability to drive an automobile.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins/out, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Generate traffic, qualify prospects, lease apartments, and prepare lease documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic activity and move-in/out docs.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, mail, or email and schedule tours.
