Keener Group is seeking a proactive Leasing Consultant in Houston, TX. The role centers on delivering superior customer service, showcasing property features, and guiding prospective residents through the leasing and move-in process.

You will manage leads, maintain inventory, and coordinate with maintenance to ensure a smooth resident experience. Ideal candidates have at least six months in customer service or sales, excellent communication, and the ability to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• Excellent customer service and ability to close deals.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service and maintain a positive attitude on property.
• Follow lead management software and clear leads daily.
• Inspect pre-leased apartments to ensure readiness prior to move-in.
• Keep leasing office and property areas clean and presentable at all times.
• Show property and model units, communicate pricing, floor plans, amenities and benefits to prospects.
• Guide prospects through leasing and move-in processes while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing.
• Assist in lease renewals and distribute renewal notices.
• Maintain accurate inventory of available apartments and current resident information.
• Coordinate with maintenance and management on turnover and work orders.
• Support marketing efforts to increase traffic and internet leads and respond to inquiries.
