Job summary

Hamilton Point Property Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate all rental activities including move-ins, move-outs, and renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention, qualify prospects, and prepare lease documentation.

You will tour model apartments and maintain detailed records of traffic and leasing activity. You will also handle follow-ups, convert inquiries to appointments, and provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• Must read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Working knowledge of email, Microsoft Word and Excel; on-site accounting software such as Entrata.
• Able to use general office equipment (telephone, fax, printer, copier, 10-key, key track).
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs and lease renewals.
• Leases apartments, prepares lease docs and move-in paperwork.
• Tour model apartments and ensure occupancy targets.
• Prospect and interact with residents to promote retention.
• Maintain accurate traffic and leasing records in the system.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, mail or email.
• Deliver weekly leasing reports and complete close procedures daily.
• Assist with planning resident activities and on-site events.
