Hamilton Point Property Management seeks a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins and move-outs, and lease renewals, while engaging with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.

The role includes generating traffic, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documents, touring the community, maintaining accurate records, and completing weekly leasing reports with a focus on exceptional customer service and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes, and communicates in English.
• Proficient with a computer, email, Word, Excel, and dedicated on-site software.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins/outs, and lease renewals.
• Leads traffic, qualifies prospects, and schedules tours.
• Prepare lease documents and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate tracking of activity and weekly leasing reports.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects.
