Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. Regular on-site attendance is required, with duties including tours, qualifications, and lease signing to close sales, plus administrative tasks as needed.

The role emphasizes customer service, occupancy goals, and adherence to housing laws. Compensation is hourly with a benefits package and potential performance bonuses within a full-time structure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conducts all leasing paperwork needed before move-in.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to prospect leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs.
• Assist in implementing annual marketing plan outreach.
