Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to drive leasing, tours, and resident satisfaction at a Portland community. You will manage move-ins, renewals, and leasing inquiries, while collaborating with the team to optimize occupancy and revenue.

The ideal candidate brings sales and customer service experience, proficiency with MS Office, and familiarity with property management platforms like Yardi or OneSite. A professional appearance and strong communication are essential.

Formación

• Previous sales and customer service experience, with a positive can-do attitude.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; Yardi/One Site experience is a plus but not required.
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively, explain apartment features, and answer resident questions.
• High level of professionalism in manner and dress.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual and in-person tours.
• Ensure stellar move-in experience for customers.
• Perform market research for marketing and advertising purposes.
• Plan and execute community events.
• Follow up with prospects by phone and email.
• Assist in lease renewals and respond to resident concerns.
