Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. The role requires regular on-site attendance and a focus on customer service, lead generation, and lease closes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign a lease.
• Close sales by scheduling appointments, generating leads, conducting tours, and following up.
