Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. Regular onsite attendance is required, with duties including touring communities, signing leases, and following up on leads.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA requirements. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Ability to explain leasing terms clearly and guide prospective residents through the process.
• Familiarity with on-site software and basic computer operations is expected.

Responsibilities

• Show property to prospective residents and conduct tours.
• Process applications and complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in.
• Respond to resident inquiries, address concerns, and support retention initiatives.
• Maintain accurate traffic and lead data, with timely follow-up (within 24 hours).
• Collaborate on marketing plans to drive traffic and leasing goals.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the leasing office and model units.
