Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across our communities. You will greet prospects, provide tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins and lease signings.

You will also design marketing activities, monitor market trends, and support renewal programs while upholding property standards and resident satisfaction. This role is full-time and on-site.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service preferred.
• Strong proficiency in property management software required.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, run background checks, prepare lease packages.
• Design offsite marketing activities to drive traffic and follow marketing plans.
• Gather market trends, analyze impacts, and adapt pricing and leasing strategies.
• Enforce leases, handle inspections, collections, and renewals, addressing resident concerns.
