RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue by leasing to new residents, ensuring satisfaction, and renewing leases. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and manage move-ins with accuracy.

The role requires hands-on marketing, daily leasing activities, and teamwork to meet site goals while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face.
• Process applications, credit screening, and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in package.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct property tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, sign leases.
• Prepare move-in documents and ensure smooth occupancy.
• Design and implement offsite marketing to drive traffic.
• Gather market data and adapt marketing plans to increase occupancy.
• Ensure lease renewals are completed and documented on time.
