Job summary

Bellaire Multifamily is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our on-site team in Dallas. You will show and lease apartments, follow up with prospects within 24 hours, and maintain accurate traffic logs to support community goals.

You’ll handle applications, keep online listings fresh, assist with renewal leases, and help plan resident events. Strong communication and weekend availability are required; RealPage is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; RealPage or similar software is a plus.
• Flexibility to work weekends and walk the property during tours.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartments to prospective residents.
• Follow up with prospects within 24 hours.
• Maintain traffic logs and leasing reports.
• Process applications and assist applicants with questions.
• Keep online listings and social media up to date.
• Support community events and move‑in gifts.
• Review rental rates and recommend specials or concessions.
• Collaborate with locators and outside agencies to drive traffic.
