Job summary

SYNC Residential in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to support our on-site sales team. The role involves touring prospects, guiding them through applications, and coordinating showings and move-ins.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in multifamily leasing, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Weekend availability and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of multifamily leasing experience.
• Experience in real estate, hospitality or service industries preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• High school graduate or GED.

Responsibilities

• Tour prospects and guide them through the application and leasing process.
• Follow up with prospects via CRM and manage inquiries.
• Coordinate showings and move-ins; prepare move-in packets.
• Create marketing content and outreach; social media promotions.
• Record traffic and lease activity; update availability and reports.
• Assist in resident events and community marketing.
