ResProp Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage tours, move-ins, and lease documentation while delivering exceptional resident experiences in a dynamic community environment.

You will market the property online and through outreach, support occupancy goals, and maintain a strong knowledge of competitors to inform resident decisions. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or leasing is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Ability to learn and work with property management software.

Responsabilités

• Manage leasing process from tour to move-in, including closing the sale and preparing lease documents.
• Explain property features and benefits to prospective residents to meet needs.
• Market the property online, via social media, and through outreach strategies.
• Support occupancy and retention goals by following up with prospects and current residents.
• Maintain knowledge of the property and competitors to inform resident decisions.
• Build relationships with residents through timely, courteous responses.
• Assist Assistant Manager with delinquent rent collections.
• Visually inspect the property daily for cleanliness and upkeep.
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays and weekends.
