Job summary

ACM LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support Resident Services. You will assist in leasing activities, tour communities, prepare move-in paperwork, and respond to prospects to drive occupancy. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office setting.

The position reports to the Property Manager and focuses on maximizing occupancy while maintaining accurate records and excellent resident service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in leasing operations to maximize income and occupancy goals.
• Prepare move-in paperwork and ensure units are ready for show.
