Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous leasing associate experience.
• Skills: Ability to deal well with people and proficiency in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Screen residents and process applications for subsidized and market applicants.
• Maintain waiting list and vacancy reports and communicate status weekly.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for pre-leased apartments and manage the Leasing Center.
• Follow up with applicants to collect missing paperwork and schedule showings.
• Prepare and distribute move-in materials and welcome communications.
• Attend seminars and meetings as recommended by management and CRM.
