Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen prospective tenants, market available properties, conduct tours, and negotiate lease terms to maintain high occupancy. You will respond to inquiries, prepare lease paperwork, assist with move-ins, and coordinate with the property manager.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and the ability to work weekends. Flexibility, reliability, and knowledge of property management software will be a plus as you

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen tenants and market available properties
• Conduct property tours and explain lease terms and policies
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist residents with move-in
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email
• Assist with weekly/monthly reports and maintain documentation
• Coordinate with Property Manager to meet leasing goals
• Uphold fair housing regulations and company policies
• Work one to two weekends per month
